Land Improvements LLC, is a multi-faceted full-service landscape company, owned by Debbie Schult, who manages the home office as well as all financial aspects of the company.

Glenn Schult runs the maintenance, construction and sales aspects of the business. Glenn comes to Land Improvements, with more than 25 years in the green industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science, as well as a minor in arboriculture. He is a certified landscape designer, as well as an ISA member. He has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of horticulture. And finally, Chris Morris heads up sales and marketing.

Glenn's introduction to the green industry began at a very early age. He was mentored by his father, who was a landscape architect, horticulturist and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. Glenn has had opportunities to work on such sites, as the Christian Science Center in Boston, the Prudential Center, the College of Staten Island and Susan M, Wagner School, also in Staten Island. Land Improvements is proud to have this talented, educated individual on its staff. We also have Denny Berry, graduate of University of Texas-Austin, who has a degree in landscape design and is also a member of the NY Botanical Gardens Society. In addition, we also have a full service irrigation and and lighting specialist on staff.

Land Improvements is a company which has developed great working relationships with top companies in the green industry. They work side by side in using in new turf management applications and preventative methods, in order to keep with cutting edge. Land Improvements has created a repoire with the finest growers and nurseries in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. They have also developed working relationships with the state of New Jersey's DEP and EPA. Land Improvements continues to strive to exceed its own expectations.

Land Improvements, under the guidance of Glenn Schult, was just awarded a certificate of appreciation, for their guidance and technical advice in creating a birdscape for the children of the borough of Paramus.
